Hello, it’s Congressman Matt Van Epps. I represent Tennessee’s Seventh Congressional District! Since coming to Congress, I have had the privilege of spending some time in Dickson County!

I was able to see some critical work done in Dickson County when I visited the Red Cross emergency shelter at the Dickson YMCA during Winter Storm Fern. I have also toured the Care Net Pregnancy Center, where I saw the support they provide to expecting mothers and families, offering essential resources, compassionate care, and a strong commitment to protecting and supporting life. Find out more about these visits here and here.

Dickson’s strong sense of generational identity keeps its community connected. I’m reminded during each visit here that family is at the center of what makes America great.

“On behalf of Care Net Pregnancy Medical Center, we extend our sincere thanks to Congressman Van Epps for visiting our facility in Dickson. We truly appreciate him taking the time to learn more about the vital services we provide to women and families within our community.” -CEO Care Net Pregnancy Medical Center Margaret Cole

Dickson County maintains a strong sense of generational identity and is building toward the future. I’m reminded during each visit here that family is at the center of what makes America great.
